When you register interest or contact Foundoers, we store the information you provide, such as your name, email, professional role, organisation and message. Required and optional fields are marked on the form.
How it is used
The organising team uses this information to respond to your enquiry, manage expressions of interest and communicate about the community or event you selected. Registration does not make your profile public.
Who can access it
Access to submissions is restricted to authorised organisers. The site uses Vercel hosting and its configured supporting services to process and store submissions.
Your choices
You can ask the organising team to access, correct or delete your submission using the contact form. Data is retained while needed for your enquiry or the related registration process. You can withdraw your interest at any time.
Before the public launch
This private review version is not the final privacy notice. The legal entity, contact details, retention periods and applicable legal basis must be confirmed before public registration opens.
